What Clients Say
Real experiences from clients who found clarity and confidence through therapy.
“I have struggled with bouts of depression and anxiety for many years, and previously used medication as well as CBT-based treatment.
Meghna recommended MCT and I was amazed by how quickly I started feeling better. Meghna is empathetic and thoughtful (and a joy to be around!). She gently challenged me and guided me with practical techniques that I still use for my mental well-being. I feel strong and centered and able to tackle life issues.
I have recommended her countless times already and would not hesitate to go back should the need arise!”
Treatment for Chronic Depression
“I have been having MCT with Meghna for anxiety for the past year and, though it has been a year that would have previously caused me to have real problems with my mental health, I now feel strong and in good command of my anxiety.
“Meghna has made a wonderful contribution to my life and truly inspired me.
She always made me see things a lot clearer and not just so black and white. I sometimes think back to her words and thoughts. No doubt with the help from Meghna I built better relationships, found full time work after many years unemployed and I found new confidence. Meghna made me see the good in new that has helped build myself up.
I appreciate our sessions no end. I always felt great warmth and compassion coming directly from Meghna, she cares. I full and whole heartedly recommend Meghna.“

What Is Metacognitive Therapy (MCT)?
Metacognitive Therapy (MCT) is a modern, evidence-based approach that focuses on how you relate to your thoughts — not the thoughts themselves.
Developed through psychological research and neuroscience, MCT helps you:
-
Reduce worry and rumination
-
Regain control over your thinking patterns
-
Improve focus, confidence, and wellbeing
MCT is effective for anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and overthinking, and typically shows results in 7–12 sessions.
I offer Metacognitive Therapy in the greater Copenhagen area and online for adults seeking a proven, structured path toward mental clarity.
